crostini strawberry rhubarb

This recipe is a perfectly balanced combination of sweet, savory, salty, sour, gooey, and crunchy. Whether you serve it at a brunch, eat it as a snack, or use it as an appetizer, the unique combination of flavors will dazzle your taste buds and impress your friends and family with ingenuity.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until slightly browned and crisp.

Place proscuitto pieces onto the crostini and top with a spoonful of jam. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (I use maple balsamic, but use whatever you have).
